Welcome to Doomscroll Dept. By purchasing from our store, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

By accessing this website and placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent/guardian.

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms at any time.

2. Products

All products are made-to-order through our production partners.

Due to the nature of printing and manufacturing:

  • slight color differences may occur
  • print placement may slightly vary
  • sizing may vary within standard manufacturing tolerances

Mystery Drop products are random designs and cannot be chosen by the customer.

3. Mystery Drop Policy

By purchasing a Mystery Drop Tee, you understand and agree that:

  • you will receive 1 random design
  • duplicate designs are possible on multiple orders
  • rare designs are randomly distributed
  • receiving a rare design is not guaranteed

All mystery purchases are final sale unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

4. Shipping

Processing times may vary depending on order volume and production demand.

Estimated shipping times are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for:

  • shipping carrier delays
  • lost/stolen packages marked as delivered
  • incorrect addresses entered at checkout

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping information is accurate before placing an order.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Because products are made-to-order:

  • returns are not accepted for sizing issues or buyer’s remorse
  • exchanges are not guaranteed

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo proof.

6. Intellectual Property

All artwork, branding, graphics, product designs, logos, and content are property of Doomscroll Dept and may not be copied, reproduced, or resold without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • indirect or incidental damages
  • allergic reactions to materials
  • misuse of products
  • delays outside our control

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the order.
